  Horrible customer service! How can a govt facility have bad customer service. Went in to pick up some mail one of the clerks had an attitude and was being rude. I was just picking up missed mail. I Try to speak to manager and he was worse then the clerk. Filed a complaint online. Will not be going back ever.
