  So we found this place online after months of searching for an apartment. I'm getting married this year and my Fiancee and I wanted to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath so we wouldn't have to move when have our child. We don't make alot of money and it was a blessing to find a 2bed 2bath for less than 2k, esspesialy in the South Coast Metro area. We came to look at the apartments and Adrian showed us the apartments that were available. So we actually were able to view the apartment of our choice before moving in, not a model like someplaces. The grounds are nice with streams throughout. We decided to give it a shot since the lease was only seven months, despite some of the negative reviews. In my life I have discovered that most people give negative reviews when they are involved in negative behavior and are called on it and also some people are just impossible to please. I will admit , I'm glad we made the decision to move in. I haven't had any bad experiences, management has always been more than helpful. We had an issue with our dishwasher when we moved in, but once we called the 24-hour hotline that they offer you, someone was out to fix it within 2 days. For a complex this size, 48 hours is pretty good to respond to a call like a faulty dishwasher. All the neighbors have been great. Lots of kids, so for me it will be the spot that we start our family, as long as the rent doesn't make too big of a jump when we go to resign a new lease. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because parking can be a little crazy, we do have guests occasionally and there's often no place for them the park. The stream that's closest to our apartment is empty. I kind of like the thought of having streams nearby because it can be very relaxing and it's a shame that the only streams that are working are in the front of the complex. These things are pretty insignificant but they are the only things that I can really find wrong with this place. So if you're looking for a spot that has a great location, and finances are tight, this place is perfect I highly recommend it.
