  Crooks. I meet them in november of last year when they started with 2 crowns and they finished the on december of last year. It was my first time and I looked on their promotions on their web page and i found a $25 dollars special for exam/consultation and x rays(-they required before i started the service- even thou they could just asked me to bring me the ones for the dentist that referred me to them). They give me a such a hard time using the coupon at that time because they said that it wasn't valid anymore(the coupon still on their web page until now-that was a red flag-)They did recommendations on other services -i did not purchase- because i did not known how they work and decided not to spend all the money they want until i get to known them(red flag). Last month i called them to schedule my cleaning appt. and the receptionist told me that i wasn't due till may( she mentioned that after may i have to paid $55 for a new consultation plus around $100.00 for the cleaning) so she told me to call them back. i called today (5-18-17) and they told me that i have to paid them $55 for a new consultation and $155 for the cleaning(what a scam by the manager). i requested to talk to the manager and she said that my last day to get my cleaning with out paying the $55 was 5-16-17 (2 days ago). i explained her the situation and that nobody told me that last month when i try to schedule my appt. (another flag). the management/receptionists are the most careless people i known. i was trying to come back because of the dentist that at this time not sure about the quality of his work until i have my cleaning somewhere else and they review his job because the only way they guaranty they job is by having done the cleaning in their office (another flag) which will be around$ 200 or more who knowns at this time. please don't let them scam you and have your treatment somewhere else.
