  This guys sucks 40 minutes waiting at the counter no body was there to receive the costumers, I was waiting with a couple more people I asked them how long have you been waiting here they were there before me I got 45 minutes late my doctor's appointment, I had rented at that location before and I gave them a chance because but the wait continues so I'll just rent at the airport from now on

  I needed a one way rental for a short trip. The pick up facility was near my home, and the drop off location was very close to the hotel. The staff at both ends were courteous and professional, and the car was new and clean. The cost was less than I expected. I will definitely consider Avis in the future.
